I, Mihai Alexandru Costea / Mihaiac, as the creator and copyright owner, assert my intellectual property (IP) rights over all published works. These works include but are not limited to visual art, digital artworks, music, photographs, paintings, prints, films, sculptures, and installations.

For Digital/Virtual Works (e.g., digital art, art on non-physical mediums):

Free Use and Distribution, Forever:

All of my digital works are freely available for personal and non-commercial use. This means individuals and entities can listen to, watch, download, copy, and distribute these works without needing my permission, provided it is not for commercial purposes. I will always offer all of my digital/virtual works/art for free, to download, in original quality, here on the official website (only).

No Commercial Exploitation:

I retain exclusive rights for the sale or any commercial use of these digital works. No one other than myself is permitted to sell, license, or profit from these works in any commercial capacity. In other words, all and any of my digital/virtual works/art CAN NOT BE SOLD, SEPARATELY, BY A THIRD PARTY, in any way whatsoever, at any point in time, indefinitely. Suppose any of my works are to be found being sold for commercial gain by a third party. In that case, it should automatically be disregarded as non-original reproductions that did not come from me originally.

Authorship and Integrity:

Respect is everything, therefore these works must remain attributed to me, Mihai Alexandru Costea / Mihaiac, and must retain any signature, monogram, logo, or identifying mark unaltered. Altering the works or removing my identifying marks, as well as claiming authorship or modifying the works in a manner that misrepresents the creator, is strictly prohibited and, therefore should automatically be disregarded as non-original reproductions that did not come from me originally.

For Physical Works (e.g., prints, art on physical mediums):

The reproduction, distribution, or sale of these physical works by a third party, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

This official website is, and will always be, the ONLY place where I will sell my physical works (music records, CDs, DVDs, prints, posters, etc). All existing physical works are produced in limited numbers/editions and are all signed by myself (always will be), meaning any unsigned works can automatically be disregarded as non-original reproductions that did not come from me originally.

AI (artificial intelligence):

This website (www.mihaiac.com) is AI-friendly, meaning any AI company, entity, or platform can (at any time) scrape, crawl, and scan the entirety of all the data on this website, to train their respective AI models.
